General Retainer

Legal Counsel on Day-to-Day Business Concerns

• Consultation, advice, and opinion on legal issues and concerns that may arise or as may be required in the ordinary course of business of the Client and other legal matters related to its operations, such as but not limited to corporate, labor, taxation, and intellectual property concerns;

• Drafting and review of contracts or other documents in the ordinary course of business of the Client;

• Legal assistance on matters relating to regulatory compliance e.g. reportorial requirements to the Securities and Regulation Commission and other government regulatory agencies, employment, labor relations and standards; and

• Other legal matters affecting day-to-day operations of the Client.

General Retainer Rates

Discounted Minimum Monthly Retainer Hours: 15 Hours at Php15,000.00

• Hourly Rate for Excess Time Charges: Php2,500.00

Discounted Appearance/Conference Fees:

• For every 4 Hours or a fraction thereof: Php3,500.00 (Within Metro Manila) and Php5,500 (Outside Metro Manila).

• Rates of Travel Expenses per kilometer travelled to the Destination:

• Paralegals: Php50.00 (Within Metro Manila) and Php55.00 (Outside Metro Manila)

• Lawyers: Php100.00 (Within Metro Manila) and Php110.00 (Outside Metro Manila)

Waived Acceptance Fee for any Litigation Referrals During Effectivity of General Retainer

Litigation Retainer

Litigation and Dispute Resolution

• Consultation, advice, and opinion on any and all litigation (actual or prospective), dispute, or adversarial proceedings in which the Client is involved as a party;

• Drafting and filing with the appropriate judicial or quasi-judicial/administrative bodies, agencies, or offices of the government of any and all pleadings, motions, position papers, and such other documents necessary for the prosecution and/or defense of the Client's interests in litigation;

• Representation and advocacy in any and all hearings and conferences before the appropriate judicial or quasi-judicial/administrative bodies, agencies, or offices of the government; and

• Any and all related legal counseling and advice

Litigation Retainer Rates:

• Hourly Rate: Php2,500.00

• Advance Fee: 20 Hours or Php50,000.00

Discounted Appearance/Conference Fees:

• For every 4 Hours or a fraction thereof: Php3,500.00 (Within Metro Manila) and Php5,500 (Outside Metro Manila).

• Incentive Fee: Php100,000.00 or 2.5% of the Value of the Claim/Property in Litigation, whichever is higher.

• Rates of Travel Expenses per kilometer travelled to the Destination: Paralegals: Php50.00 (Within Metro Manila) and Php55.00 (Outside Metro Manila)

• Lawyers: Php100.00 (Within Metro Manila) and Php110.00 (Outside Metro Manila)
